Massage tips: 
1. Use index finger and middle finger pulp, start massage at centre of the chin, gently glide from the inside out and from the bottom up along the contours with circular motion.  
2. Gently tap under and above the eyes from the inside out, and massage with upward movement from the chin to cheeks.

Take an appropriate amount (about the size of a cherry and a half, about 2.5 g) on fingertips, and spread it over the entire face. Apply onto the face and massage or cleanse with fingers. Rinse thoroughly with (lukewarm) water or wipe off with tissue paper.
